Privacy
We collect what you send us through the booking and contact forms: your name, email, phone, the problem you want treated and any notes. We use it only to book, treat and follow up with you.
Clinical notes are kept securely for eight years after your last session, as UK health records law requires. You can ask for a copy of your notes or ask us to correct them: write to hello@stridewell.co.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics with no advertising cookies.
Appointments
Please give us 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.
If you are claiming on insurance, bring your policy and authorisation numbers. Any amount your insurer does not cover is payable on the day.
Treatment
Your physiotherapist will explain the assessment and any treatment before it starts and will ask for your consent. You can stop or decline any part of a session at any time.
Physiotherapy is not an emergency service. If you have sudden severe pain, numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control or chest pain, call 999.
Payments and refunds
Sessions are paid on the day by card. Packs are valid for 12 months and are refundable for any unused sessions, minus a single-session saving.
